These terms govern your use of aimresources.com (the “Site”), operated by AIM Resources, Inc. (“AIM Resources,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

About the Site

The Site provides general information about AIM Resources and our destination relocation services. Relocation services are provided only under a separate agreement or engagement with AIM Resources, usually arranged with an employer or relocation management company. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls for the services it covers.

Information on the Site

We work to keep the Site accurate and current, but its content is for general information only. Service descriptions are examples and may vary by assignment and location. Nothing on the Site is legal, financial, tax, immigration or real estate advice. Decisions such as leases, school admissions and enrollment rest with the landlords, schools, families and other parties involved.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers or related systems
• interfere with the Site’s operation, including by introducing malicious code or overloading it
• use automated tools to copy or collect content from the Site, except for ordinary search engine indexing
• send us false, misleading or unlawful information

Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, photographs, graphics and the AIM Resources name and logo, belong to AIM Resources or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your personal or internal business use. Any other copying, distribution or reuse requires our written permission. The WBENC certification mark belongs to the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council.

The Site may link to websites run by others. We provide these links for convenience and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. This section applies to your use of the Site; liability for relocation services is governed by the agreement under which they are provided.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
