Since 1993, AIM has helped people feel informed and supported as they move to a new community.

Our trained local area consultants bring destination knowledge to each assignment. They listen to the transferee’s priorities and customize assistance around housing, schools, daily life and the practical steps of settling in or departing. That attention applies to every assignment, from executives to interns. AIM works with employers and relocation partners to coordinate that support across the United States.

Barbara Moran and Judie Miller bring extensive relocation experience and a shared commitment to personalized service.

Barbara Moran

Chief Executive Officer

Barbara Moran brings over 30 years of experience in the relocation industry. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Madison, she began her professional career in education before transitioning into relocation services after moving to Los Angeles. Since 1996, Barbara has held leadership positions as an Executive Relocation Specialist and Managing Partner. As CEO of AIM Resources, Inc., she oversees strategic planning, business development, and the company’s continued commitment to providing personalized destination relocation services.

Judie Miller

President

Judie Miller brings extensive experience in the relocation industry and a strong background in business operations and client services. A California native and graduate of the University of the Pacific, she began her professional career at Walt Disney Productions before joining AIM Resources, Inc. as an Executive Relocation Counselor. She subsequently advanced into operations management and currently serves as President. Judie oversees all aspects of the company’s operations, including client relations, marketing, and coordination of destination relocation services. She is dedicated to delivering exceptional, personalized service and ensuring a seamless relocation experience for every client.
